What is Agencica?
Agencica is an all-in-one agency management platform built specifically for digital, creative, media, marketing and web agencies. It covers the full workflow — Plan, Assign, Create, Review, Approve, Deliver, and Invoice — in one connected workspace.
Who is Agencica built for?
Agencica is built for agency owners, account managers, designers and other creatives, and the clients those agencies serve. It's designed for teams managing multiple clients at once, not solo freelancers managing a single project.
How much does Agencica cost?
Agencica has three plans: Starter at $39/month (up to 5 team members, 10 clients, 10GB storage), Growth at $89/month (up to 15 team members, 40 clients, 50GB storage), and Agency at $179/month (up to 30 team members, unlimited clients, 150GB storage, custom branding). Annual billing saves 20%. Enterprise pricing is available for larger teams.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organization gets a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes, a valid payment method is required upfront to start the trial. You won't be charged until the 14-day trial period ends.
What happens after my trial ends?
Once the trial ends, your subscription begins billing automatically based on the plan you selected. Your data and account remain fully intact throughout the trial and after.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. If you're approaching a plan's limits (team members, clients, or storage), you'll be prompted to upgrade before you can add more of that resource.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data is retained for a limited period after cancellation before deletion, giving you time to export anything you need. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.
Does Agencica have a client portal?
Yes. Clients get their own dedicated portal to review work, leave feedback, and approve deliverables — without needing a full account or login to the main platform.
Is my data secure, and can other agencies see it?
No. Every organization's data — including client data — is isolated at the database level using row-level security, not just application-level restrictions. One agency's account cannot access another agency's clients, tasks, files, or financial data. See our Security page for full details.
What file types and sizes can I upload?
Agencica supports images, documents, and video uploads. Images and documents are capped at 25MB per file, and video uploads are supported up to 300MB per file. Original file quality is preserved — files are never compressed the way chat apps or email typically compress them.
How is Agencica different from a generic tool like Asana or Trello?
Generic project management tools track tasks, but they don't understand agency-specific needs like client billing, retainer tracking, revision workflows tied to deliverables, or turning completed work into an invoice. Agencica is built around the actual agency workflow end to end, not adapted from a general-purpose task tool.
Can I invoice clients directly through Agencica?
Yes. Agencica tracks completed work against each client's configured rates, so generating an accurate invoice takes seconds instead of manually rebuilding it from a spreadsheet at the end of the month.
Does the Agency plan include custom branding?
Yes, custom branding is included on the Agency plan. It's not available on the Starter or Growth plans.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes, Agencica supports signing in with Google in addition to email and password.
